Account deletion and erasure

When you complete our verified account-deletion process, your account is deactivated immediately and enters a grace period (currently 30 days). If you do not restore your account before that period ends, we permanently delete your account and erase the personal data and content associated with it in our systems (such as profile information, uploads, generated models, orders, and related records), except where we must retain certain information for a longer period to comply with law, taxation, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data or object to certain processing.

You may request deletion of your account through the self-service flow on our website (see Delete account). After the grace period described in section 5, deletion is permanent for the account and associated data, subject to legal retention limits.
